Visualizations

Barany’s recent time-based media work continues to probe through the emotional layers of his intrapersonal-self, as he continues to examine components of the pedagogical theory of multiple intelligence. Largely based within self-portraiture, Barany challenges his own weaknesses by attempting to expand upon his current boundary of knowledge. Through this visual journey, Barany examines the limitations of his own intelligence as he probes his physical, musical, linguistic and interpersonal abilities. Barany's integrated visuals mix with his satirical and turbulent repertoire as he attempts to challenge the viewer to question their own definition of ‘self’ through dynamic combinations of animation, vocal oratory, composited video and visceral media.
